Take any opportunity to goof around: Have fun not only for Halloween, while wearing your costume, but also a few days before, while making it! We'll help you sew an awesome disguise by reusing what is already there.

In this workshop you can make

A costume for yourself, for your kids, for your pet or for anyone you want.

Ideally, it would be a costume that can be made out of textiles. Additionally, we can also glue, paint, work with paper. 

What do you need to bring?

♣ The idea of the costume - when making the booking kindly email us some reference pictures/a rough sketch of what you would like to make.

♣ The fabrics or clothes from which you will make the costume and any special trims or elements that you need for your particular idea. We can direct you to the shops where you can find all the materials you need - or maybe we have them already in our atelier. 

♣ Measurements - if you are making a costume for someone else we would need their measurements. If the piece is for yourself, we can take the measurements in the atelier.

Do you need sewing experience?

Not necessarily. If you have a costume idea that is easy to make (we can tell you beforehand how complex it is) we can also set up the sewing machine for you and show you the very basic techniques you need to start sewing right away. 

What do we provide?

♣ Our guidance in planning and structuring the making of your project (what you need to bring, where you can find it, etc.);

♣ Sewing knowledge to help you realize your project;

♣ Home sewing machines & overlockers, ironing board, cutting table;

♣ The tools, threads, trims, fabrics and clothes we usually have in the atelier, if you need anything extra.

There will be 3 Workshop dates from which you can choose one or several, according to how much time you want to dedicate to your idea:

One workshops session duration: 3 h

Maximum participants: 4

Cost per session: 45€

Depending on how complex you idea is, you can book one or several sessions. After sending us your idea we can also give you an estimate of how much time you might need.
